A booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been received and acknowledged.
Package prices may vary depending on airline availability, hotel selection, visa fees, and travel dates.
2. Payments
Customers may be required to pay a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.
All payments must be made within the agreed timeframe.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges depend on airlines, hotels, and service providers.
Some services may be non-refundable once booked.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative and supplier charges.
4. Travel Documents & Visa
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and complete personal information.
Passports must be valid according to Saudi Umrah regulations.
UK Umrah Packages is not responsible for visa rejection due to incorrect details.
5. Changes & Delays
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
Flight delays, hotel changes, or service disruptions may occur beyond our control.
Alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.
6. Liability
UK Umrah Packages acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers.
We are not responsible for loss, injury, delays, or events beyond our control.
Customers are advised to arrange suitable travel insurance.
